How we can help you with your leak

As part of our commitment to reducing leakage throughout our supply area, we are keen to try to help you where we can, to identify any areas of wastage in your home. Water conservation ultimately benefits us all and it means that natural water levels are maintained. This is good for the environment and it also means that new, more costly sources of water are not required, helping to keep bills down.

External leaks

If you are a domestic customer or a small business user, whose pipes do not exceed 25 mm external diameter (most pipes to homes and small businesses are 15 mm in diameter) then in some cases we will repair any leaks on your external pipes free.

Internal leaks

If you have a leak on a pipe inside your home, or running directly under your home, you will need to call in a plumber to undertake the repair. If there is any damage caused by leaks we advise you to contact your insurers as soon as possible.
