| Information you need: We are metering all properties in our supply area where there is a change of occupier from the date the change of occupier takes place. This may mean that shortly after you move in, we will visit to install a meter to your new property if there is not one already installed. This is in accordance with our policy, which is based on the powers given to us in the Water Industry Act 1991. We regret that there is no right to revert to unmeasured charges in these circumstances. Please click here to find out more about change of occupier. Similarly, if you move into a property which already has a meter installed, you will not have the right to revert to unmeasured charges. |
